We run Skateboard lessons anywhere in Buckinghamshire that takes your fancy but if you're looking for the perfect spot then we recommend either The Bus Station in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury Vale Skate Park.
The Bus Station (Milton Keynes) has an undercover skate park one side and an undercover area to skate the other side for beginner lessons. This makes Milton Keynes an ideal spot for all levels of skateboarding come rain or shine! The beginner area has a big square of flat concrete paving slabs which is undercover and is usually completely free of people. There is also a hill to ride down and an upwards section to practice ramp style ticks.
The skate park section is fun to skate and at times can be pretty busy, it has lots of grind boxes, a large manual pad and a stair set with ledges either side.
You can park either side of the bus station and its best to meet up on the opposite side of the skate park where the flat section is.
Aylesbury Vale Skatepark is a good sized outdoor park with smooth concrete. The flow of the park is pretty good and it has loads of different lines to take. Most of the features are pretty mellow and the park has a few open areas for beginners to push around. The park consists of a 4 stair set with hand rail, two hubbas on a bank, step up ramp to large box, long mellow bank ramp a few different sized quarters, hip, curved ledge, flat bar and several small ledges. The park has parking right next to it in the vale retail park.

Beginner lessons help you to learn the basics of skateboarding. Things like how to stand on your board, push, turn and slow down. Then moving into basic tricks like popping the board up and catching it to hippy jumps and finger flips. You?ll be surprised how much you can learn and progress in just one lesson.
Intermediate sessions start taking you through the different stances on the board and the different styles of tricks. With a bit of guidance, good practice and helpful tips it wont be long until you have landed a stack of tricks.
Advanced coaching sessions gives you detailed feedback on tricks and techniques, with video analysis, helpful guidance and tips. These advanced sessions will help push you and your abilities in a safe and constructive way. The advanced sessions will work on your consistency of tricks and progress you towards the harder tricks in skateboarding. Lines of tricks can be filmed and put into a video part for progression and future sponsors.
We can provide all equipment for beginners if needed free of charge.
The skateboard lesson/ coaching can take place at your local skate park, at a public park near you or even at your home, as long as there is an area of smooth concrete to skate. If you are unsure of a location we can help best advise you.
